About Us

The Ellesmere Park Residents’ Association (EPRA) is the collective voice of the people who live and work here.

We exist to protect its properties and people and to safeguard the built and natural environment for which the area is rightly famous.

We are also here to connect the community, sharing information, ideas and initiatives for the benefit of all.

EPRA was established in the 1960s, and over the years:

We have built up considerable expertise in local planning issues and regulations, which is partly why Ellesmere Park, part of which has
conservation status, still retains so much of its original character and heritage
We work with residents to keep our streets attractive
We liaise closely with our local councillors and council officers to ensure all planning issues adhere to the strict regulations within our conservation area
We work to conserve local wildlife and to protect the natural environment, particularly our trees
